Responsibilities
- Supports the daily operations of all VHC offices locations including any or all of the following: copy production and finish work, operation of a mail center, receptionist, audio visual, administrative duties as assigned.
- Responsible for supporting operational objective at all existing customer sites within a geographic territory.
- Performs all mailroom functions, such as mail fulfillment, which includes sorting, filing, packaging and processing shipments for delivery.
- Shipping and receiving, including the movement of boxes and or equipment.
- Provides Courier Service for the pickup and delivery smart companion equipment.
- Responsible for virtually/physically answering front door, greeting guests, and providing information to visitors
- Monitors and maintains office and kitchen supplies, including paper and toner for all copy machines and plotters throughout the building
- Arranges food ordering and delivery for meetings and special events.
- Responsible for receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and packages. Prepares outgoing mail and packages including pick-up and tracking.
- Assists with all company-sponsored events.
- Performs other tasks and duties as assigned.
Pre Development Duties
- Reviewing files and typing additional information on the applications
- Assisting in uploading applications and ITF forms to the VA website
- Sending out Start of Care Notices and placing signed Start of Cares in Client file in Maximizer
- Maximizing new files
Enrollment Duties
- Entering prospects into Maximizer
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, in-office position based at our National Headquarters in St. Louis. Regular work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
