Along with an A+ BBB rating and accreditation since 2008, the Better Business Bureau has awarded Veterans Home Care with their Torch Award for Ethics.
“We work very hard at customer service,” says Bonnie Laiderman, president of Veterans Home Care. “We not only provide quality home care through our national network of home care providers, we also help veterans apply for VA benefits. Applying for benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) can be complicated and daunting for many people. We simplify the process and we never charge for helping people with a VA claim.”
“When people see the BBB, it sort of gives them a sense of relief. It’s such a good feeling that I can say to people, “We’re rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau.” For us, that’s a tremendous tool,” says Laiderman.
As of 2018, Veterans Home Care has helped more than 14,000 wartime veterans and veterans’ widows apply and gain access to a little-known VA pension called Aid and Attendance. Out of thousands of satisfied clients, just a tiny handful of clients have been confused or dissatisfied with our program. When they voice their concerns to the BBB, the BBB assists us in resolving the problem or misunderstanding.
We surveyed our clients and 98% who took part in the survey said they would recommend the VetAssist Program and Veterans Home Care to others.
